About the game

Play complete chess on a sculpted walnut board in a quiet evening club. Choose a beginner or casual local computer, or pass the same device between two players. Legal-move highlights, move history, captured pieces and board flip make positions easy to follow. Castling, en passant, all four promotions, checkmate, stalemate and draw claims follow the stated standard rules. There are no clocks or online ratings.

How to play

Click or tap a piece and a legal destination. On keyboard, focus the board, use arrows and Enter. Choose Beginner, Casual or same-device play before starting. Computer games play White; Flip changes the view only. Select a promotion when offered. Eligible threefold/50-move draws can be claimed in the position or with an intended legal move; fivefold/75-move draws are automatic. Pause, Resign and New Game are available.
