About the game

I love grid logic puzzles but always wanted one that felt less like homework. So I planted it in a meadow and gave it a bee who explains things. Hive Plots is a relaxing logic puzzle set in a beekeeper's flower meadow. Each meadow is split into coloured fields of poppies, cornflowers, sunflowers, clover, lavender and more. Place one hive in every row, every column and every field, and never let two hives touch, not even at the corners. Tap once for a dot, twice for a hive, and drag to dot many cells at once. Turn on auto-dots to mark the cells a hive rules out. Stuck? The bee check lands on one cell you can work out right now and tells you why in one sentence, so you learn the tricks instead of guessing. There are 155 plots across six meadows from 5x5 to 10x10, each with exactly one answer that can be found by logic alone. Earn up to three honey stars, beat your best time for each size, and come back for a new daily meadow to grow your streak. Progress saves on your device.

How to play

Place one hive in every row, every column and every coloured flower field. Hives can never touch, not even diagonally. Tap a cell once for a dot (no hive here), twice for a hive and a third time to clear it. Drag across cells to dot many at once. Press Bee check for a hint that explains the next step. Keyboard: arrow keys move, Space cycles a cell, H places a hive, X a dot, B asks the bee, Z undoes, A toggles auto-dots and Escape pauses.

Content notes

No violence, no chat, no ads and no purchases. Gentle sound effects can be muted. A calm motion setting turns off flying bees, petals and screen shakes.
