Your account

You need to be at least 13 to create an account. You sign in with Google or GitHub and are responsible for what happens on your account. Our privacy policy explains what we collect.

Your content

You keep ownership of the games, images and text you upload. You give Mayavoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, run, display and distribute them on Mayavoo for as long as they are on Mayavoo. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload.

Rules

Do not upload or post anything that:

• is illegal, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• is sexually explicit, hateful or harassing, or promotes violence, self-harm or dangerous acts;
• contains malware, mines cryptocurrency, collects data the game does not need, or asks for passwords, payment details or wallets;
• impersonates someone or misleads players.

Do not use bots or any other way to inflate plays or likes. Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its games.

Review and removal

We review every game build before it goes live and may decline it. We may remove content, unpublish a game or suspend an account that breaks these terms, at any time.

Games from creators

Games on Mayavoo are made by independent creators, not by Mayavoo. We review them, but we cannot promise that they are free of errors. Mayavoo is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Using Mayavoo after a change means you accept the new terms.
